FAQ 
Q: Are there other language (such as German, Turkish) specification?
A:Our specification in English as a standard, because if translated into another language may be the meaning of some words are not accurate.
Q: What's kind of refrigeration system?
A: We adopted double cooling system: semiconductor refrigeration, water cycle (heat, water pump, water tank, fan)
Q: what's the different between Vertical and portable machines?

Q:should I use cold gel during the Treatment?
A:Do not need,laser unlike light, cold gel making the skin and source fully integrated, but it will weaken the laser energy output.
Q:Should I use some hemp cream or anodyne before the treatment?
A:Generally speaking, do not need. But for sensitive skin, using anesthesia will feeling more comfortable. Q:If the handle is useful ,should I by a new handle or change the accessories?
